1. Affiliate Program Onboarding

By signing up for the NUURAX Affiliate Program, you agree to represent NUURAX professionally and provide accurate details. All signups are subject to manual review and approval by the NUURAX administration team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.

2. Deal Submission and Eligibility

Affiliates submit potential deals through the Affiliate Portal. For a deal to be eligible for a commission payout:

• The lead details (client contact, WhatsApp, requirements) must be accurate and authentic.
• The lead must not be an existing active client of NUURAX or currently in contact with our sales team.
• NUURAX must successfully close and receive payment for the deal.

3. Commission and Payouts

Commission amounts are determined manually by the NUURAX admin based on the closed deal value. Approved earnings are available for withdrawal from the portal.

Withdrawal requests are processed manually via standard mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Cellfin) or bank transfer. NUURAX makes reasonable efforts to process payments in a timely manner.

4. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately if we detect spamming, fraudulent lead submissions, misrepresentation, or violation of these operational terms. Suspended accounts lose all access to portal resources and forfeit any pending payouts.
